Crystal Healing is a form of vibrational healing. In my practice I use a variety of crystals that are placed upon the body. These crystals create a vibrational energy field that balance, relax, reduce stress, and provide all over wellbeing.

Chakra Balancing & Individualized Crystal Healing Sessions:

These session are customized to provide you with the crystals needed for optimal healing. They create balance throughout the entire body, promote relaxation, and induce wellbeing.

Before placing crystals on the body, I take a few minutes to check in with you, to discuss concerns or factors that maybe causing an imbalance in your life. Once I have completed the Crystal Healing portion of the session, there will be time to ground and discuss how the session went. What may have come up for you or imbalances in your energy field.

Integrating these healing modalities into individualized sessions creates an optimal energy cocktail that promotes healing and allover well-being.
